riding

this morning owen and i took the car to the shop and walked home. so today we are car'less... which in many ways maybe we should be more often. we would sure save on gas and shopping sprees, but most of all we would be forced to be creative with our time in our community. last week i had the bike fixed up and we decided to head on out for a ride this morning. i packed up the backpack, got owen all ready, helmet, snack, juice.... check. we got outside only to find that it was raining. hmmmm. not really what i had in mind, but i asked if he still wanted to ride and his answer was a resounding yes! so here is where we ended up, throwing rocks in the creek near the uwchlan trail.
